Summer Freestyle Ramp Camp

July 11-14, 2008 at Lake Placid - Price: $80.00 per day

The dates are set for the Lake Placid Ramp Camp for this summer. We are scheduled for Friday, July 11 thru Monday, July 14. The cost is $80.00 for each day on the ramps. We are going to do the camp as we did last season where parents will be responsible for bringing the athletes to the ramps and picking them up at the end of the day. Lodging and dinner, evening activities are up to the parents, but I'm sure we'll get some good group things together as we did last season.

The typical day will consist of being at the ramps at about 8:00 a.m., warm up, stretch, wax up the skis, followed by trampoline training. We will then boot up and alternate sessions on the water ramp to work the jumps we practiced on the trampoline. Lunch is 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and then more of the same in the afternoon, finishing up around 4:00 p.m. We will work video review into the sessions.
