Summer Conditioning Camp
August 9 & 10, 2008
Registration for this camp is NOW CLOSED.
Athletes will learn a range of dryland exercises that they can continue with until (and through) the winter to make them stronger, better skiers and riders. Each athlete will participate in a physical assessment, identifying strengths and areas for improvement of personal fitness. This is a great opportunity to start building fitness well in advance of the season!
The camp will be at Hunter Mountain on August 9 & 10, with a cost of only $30.00.

Saturday August 9 -
Meet in the Learning Center 10:00 a.m.
Explain what the camp is about
Set up
Dynamic warm-up
Physical assessment
The Warm-up and Assessment will take approximately 4 hours to complete.
Sunday August 10 -
Meet in the Learning Center 10:00 a.m.
Review Saturday
Introduce the athletes to exercises
How to set up a fitness program
Please arrive fully rested, having had a good breakfast, and stock your backpack. We will not break for lunch, so I strongly suggest you bring small snacks that you can easily digest and won't slow you down (energy bars, fruit, small sandwich). Bring water bottles with water and your favorite sports drink. Please dress appropriately for exercise. Moisture wicking tops, soccer-styled shorts and good running shoes will be the best set up.
